ELEVATE was created from a simple belief: exposure changes everything.

For years, I’ve worked in spaces centered around people — banking, business leadership, youth services, community outreach, entrepreneurship, and event planning. No matter the industry, one thing became very clear to me: many young people are capable of far more than they’ve been exposed to.

Sometimes it’s not a lack of talent.

Sometimes it’s not a lack of ambition.

Sometimes they simply haven’t had access to certain rooms, conversations, experiences, or examples.

That realization stayed with me.

As someone who has spent over two decades in professional leadership roles while also building businesses and serving in the community, I’ve seen firsthand how confidence, communication, professionalism, financial literacy, leadership, and exposure to new opportunities can completely change the trajectory of a young person’s life.

I created ELEVATE: Leadership & Life Skills Institute to help bridge that gap.

ELEVATE was designed to give youth practical skills they can actually use in everyday life — how to introduce themselves confidently, communicate effectively, think like leaders, navigate professional environments, develop entrepreneurial ideas, and carry themselves with purpose in any room they enter.

But beyond the workshops, activities, and conversations, the heart of ELEVATE is bigger than that.

It’s about helping young people see possibilities for themselves that they may not have considered before.

It’s about teaching them that leadership is not just about titles.

Professionalism is not about pretending to be someone else.

And success is not limited to one path.

At ELEVATE, we believe students deserve opportunities to learn, practice, explore, ask questions, and grow in environments that challenge them while also making them feel seen, valued, and capable.

Every session is built with intention.

Every conversation is meant to plant a seed.

Every experience is designed to expand perspective.
